feno GmbH extends long-term lease at TechPark and rents additional space

feno GmbH has extended its lease in the "TechPark" in Oberhaching near Munich by 15 years until 2039. In addition, the globally active premium manufacturer of LED systems has increased its floor space within the property. The total rental space is now over 4,700 square meters. The "TechPark" has been owned by a special real estate fund of the KanAm Grund Group since March 2018. 

Built in 2000, the five-storey property has a total area of over 12,500 square meters and offers almost 160 parking spaces. The multi-tenant property is currently home to nine tenants who use the space as storage and production areas as well as offices, among other things. There is also a gym and an apartment.     
The building was extensively modernized in 2017 and 2018. Among other things, the foyer and outdoor facilities were redesigned, individual rental spaces were refurbished and the building services were optimized. 
Further conversion work is currently underway as part of feno GmbH's expansion of the space.

TechPark Oberhaching - About the location of the property 
The "TechPark" is located in the industrial estate along Raiffeisenallee in Oberhaching in the district of Munich. Several well-known medium-sized companies from the high-tech production sector are represented there, as well as companies from the food and pharmaceutical industries. 
Oberhaching has its own highway exit on the A 995, which connects the München-Süd interchange (and thus the A 99 and A 8) with the Mittlerer Ring, among others. With two train stations and several bus routes, the municipality has excellent public transport connections, including to the Munich region. The industrial estate is connected to Munich Central Station by the S 3, which is around 30 minutes away.
