Through targeted asset management and sustainability activities, the energy efficiency of numerous properties was improved, laying an important foundation for rising rental incomes. Specifically, rental increases of 20% were achieved in some cases, and in individual cases even 33%.

• Focus on Expanding the Product Offering to Properties with Public Sector Tenants After a Transaction Volume of Approximately EUR 400 Million in 2024:
  State tenants, especially government authorities, are characterized by extraordinary stability and reliability. On one hand, they are almost free from default risk; on the other, they enter into leases with above-average lease terms.
